The Fast Track Management Program (FTMP) is an international graduate program for top graduates,
coming from leading universities in Europe.

All trainees who enter the 21 month-program work on in 3 different assignments around Whirlpool European & Global locations.

The program offers a specific training, development and mentoring plan, as well as exposure to Whirlpool leaders.

The FTMP aim is to coach trainees to become future leaders in our organization.

We are looking for graduates with:

•  excellent Business or Technical degree/Master
•  fluent English and at least one other foreign language
•  effective communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
•  a clear motivation to work and grow in a multicultural environment
•  an internship/professional experience abroad or in an international company
