Description

Toyota offers a 19-month Graduate Development Programme (GDP). This programme is targeted towards recent graduates looking for their first job to start and develop their career.

As a graduate, you will be assigned a real job from the beginning where you will spend the majority of your time, being supported and guided by your colleagues and mentor. You will also participate in a number of training courses and placements to help you learn, understand and practice how to work in the Toyota Way:

Classroom training:

  • Learn about our corporate culture and strong identity.
  • Learn how to write reports and communicate effectively.
  • Learn how to manage projects.
  • Learn how we solve problems.

Placements:

  • Spend 8 weeks in one of our production plants as a team member working on the line and experiencing the famous Toyota Production System.
  • Spend 6 weeks working in another division to learn what they do and how it impacts your own division.

Requirements

Requirements are:

  • A Masters / Bachelors degree of 4 years or more
  • Less than 18 months professional experience (NOT including Internships or summer / student jobs)
  • The willingness to move to and live in Brussels, Belgium
