Description

Discover a World of Excellence
Internships are of great importance to Henkel. They are important for you and for us.  As an intern you are responsible for challenging tasks and interesting projects.  During your internship you are supported by a mentor provided by us.  At the very beginning, you and your mentor will agree on individual goals.  Then, throughout the duration of your internship, he / she will support you and regularly give you feedback.  At the end of your internship, you will be awarded a certificate of completion. In addition, you will have the opportunity to receive a special bonus, based on a target agreement.

An internship makes it possible for you to find out whether you would like to work with us in the future.  It also makes it possible for us to find potential future junior managers.  Within the framework of “Career Track”, our intern alumni program, we stay in touch with our interns until the end of their studies.

Internships@Henkel
Would you like to gather practical experience? Would you like to put your knowledge from university into practice and find out what it is like to work for an international company? That is exactly what we offer you in our internship program.

At Henkel, many careers start with an internship. During the course of the internship program there are numerous opportunities to gather practical experience and be part of our global network of interns. Worldwide we successfully work with about 1000 interns every year. Being a “Fair Company”, Henkel provides both valuable insights into the business and encourages you to take responsibility in autonomous projects with the support of a mentor.

After an excellent internship you may have further opportunities to join “Career Track”, our intern alumni program, which helps you to stay in touch with Henkel until the completion of your studies.

We offer internships in all fields of study such as Marketing, Finance/Controlling, Human Resources, IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Production, and Research & Development.

Requirements

Ideally you should have completed your intermediate diploma with excellence, be very good at English, and familiar with the handling of MS Office applications. Previous practical or international experience - either through studies abroad or internships - are an advantage.

In addition, you win us with your personality. You should possess a high degree of personal commitment and initiative and convince us with your analytical and conceptional skills. We look for candidates who prefer challenging goals, handle stress situations well and are team players.  Apart from that, you should be ready to spend 4 - 6 months for an internship.
